Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm orders by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example if a price error is detected, inventory is exhausted, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund in full within seven business days.
All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) and include applicable sales tax where required by law. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Shipping and delivery
Orders typically ship within two business days. Delivery times depend on your location and chosen carrier. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns and refunds
See our returns policy for details. In short: unused goods may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. You pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake.
